Relationship Manager – Lifestyle & Concierge Services

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for ExQuisite members, ensuring every request is managed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. This role combines client relationship management, concierge services, experience planning, vendor coordination, and lifestyle assistance.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, service-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple requests while maintaining exceptional standards of client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's preferences, lifestyle, interests, and expectations.
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for all lifestyle and concierge-related requirements.
  • Deliver personalised recommendations and solutions aligned with individual client needs.

Concierge & Lifestyle Management

Manage and fulfil member requests across:

  • Travel and holiday planning
  • Restaurant reservations
  • Hospitality and hotel bookings
  • Event access and VIP experiences
  • Wellness and healthcare services
  • Luxury shopping and gifting
  • Household and personal assistance services
  • Special occasions and celebrations

Request Coordination & Execution
  • Ensure seamless execution of all client requests from enquiry to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Monitor service quality and maintain ExQuisite standards across all touchpoints.
  • Handle urgent and last-minute requests with professionalism and agility.

Experience Planning
  • Curate personalised experiences based on client interests and preferences.
  • Research and recommend relevant experiences, destinations, services, and events.
  • Support the planning and execution of exclusive member engagements and experiences.

Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Liaise with premium hospitality, travel, wellness, dining, retail, and lifestyle partners.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely communication and efficient service delivery.

CRM & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate client profiles and preference records.
  • Update CRM systems with client interactions and service history.
  • Track request fulfilment, follow-ups, and service feedback.

Required Skills & QualificationsEssential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Professional appearance, etiquette, and communication style.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive requests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, relationship management, customer experience, travel, aviation, luxury retail, or lifestyle management.
  • Experience working with HNI/UHNI clientele.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
