Relationship Manager & Equity Dealing

We are hiring motivated, client-oriented professionals for two openings in our Equity Dealing and Retail Sales team.

1.RM - Equity Dealing

About the Role

Grow trading activity and revenue by placing client trades, sharing timely market views, and building strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Place buy and sell orders for clients on NSE/BSE trading terminals
• Track client exposure, margin requirements, and trading limits
• Increase trading volumes, client activation, and brokerage revenue
• Share market updates and suitable investment suggestions with clients
• Onboard new clients and expand the base of active traders
• Cross-sell Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, and NCDs

Mandatory: NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives certification

2.Relationship Manager

About the Role

Build the client base and drive revenue through Demat account openings and the sale of financial products.

What You'll Do

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
• Bring in new clients and widen the customer base
• Support clients with Demat account opening and related transactions
• Promote Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, and other products
• Suggest solutions matched to each client's goals and risk appetite
• Cross-sell products and meet assigned sales targets

• Graduate degree from a recognized university
• At least 1 year of experience in Broking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets
• Solid grasp of equity markets and financial products
• Working knowledge of Demat accounts, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and Insurance
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Target-driven, sales-focused attitude
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and trading platforms
