OPEN POSITION

As a Wealth Advisor – Retail, you will acquire retail clients and advise them on the equity subscription basket plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and pain points.

• Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up via phone, email, and digital channels.

• Present products/services effectively and maintain CRM records.

• Acquire new clients through digital leads, referrals, networking, and self-sourcing.

• Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and schedule meetings/demos.

• Track sales metrics and stay updated with industry trends.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1+ years of experience in customer acquisition/B2C sales/Inside sales.

• Financial Market knowledge and understanding.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and one regional language.

• Strong communication and client acquisition skills.

• Ownership mindset and ability to manage client relationships.

• Passion for sales and business growth.
