Job Title:Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Sales & Business Development
- Visit schools, colleges, training institutes, and educational organizations to promote technology training programs and solutions.
- Present and demonstrate programs related to AI, Robotics, IoT, Drone Technology, and other emerging technologies to management, faculty, and students.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate institutional as well as student leads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into partnerships, MoUs, and student enrollments.
- Support onboarding and relationship management of new educational institutions.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, Coordinators, and management teams for smooth execution of programs.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with institutional stakeholders.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, seminars, and educational events.
Event & Program Execution
- Plan and execute campus visits, workshops, seminars, awareness sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Support operations and training teams to ensure successful batch launches and training delivery.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate daily field reports, lead trackers, visit records, and sales updates through CRM tools or MS Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets within assigned territories.
- Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and student demand trends to support business growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with technical or sales backgrounds will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Field Sales
- Educational Sales
- Institutional Sales
- Technical Product Sales
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI, Robotics, IoT, Drones, and emerging technologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently in field sales and outreach activities
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, Email handling, CRM tools, and reporting
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills
