Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Visakhapatnam. The Relationship Manager will oversee building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored life insurance solutions. Other responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting client meetings, resolving customer queries, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in sales and customer service practices, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Capability to understand client requirements and suggest need-based insurance solutions.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and the financial services industry (preferred).
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
