Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager in the Dubai Real Estate sector. Based in Noida, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their property needs, and advising them on suitable options. The role involves client acquisition, conducting market research, staying updated on property trends, managing negotiations, and closing transactions. The selected candidate will also play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving performance targets.

• Strong understanding of real estate markets, property trends, and investment opportunities
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage property transactions effectively
• Experience in client acquisition and sales strategy implementation within the real estate sector
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the Dubai real estate market or a relevant industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary

25000-30000 INR plus incentives
