Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager - Direct Sales. The Relationship Manager will manage customer relationships and be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into home loan customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, providing tailored loan solutions, maintaining ongoing client communication, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills with experience in direct sales, lead generation, and client conversion
- Relationship Management expertise, including maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of housing finance products, including eligibility criteria, loans & repayment structures
- Proficiency in Communication, including negotiation, client interaction, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and achieve sales targets independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; prior experience in housing finance or NBFCs is an advantage
- Familiarity with the housing finance market and regulatory guidelines is a plus
