Relationship Manager( Direct Channel)

Description

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager for our Direct Channel team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing our service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
• Prepare and present reports on client feedback and market trends to management.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Skills and Qualifications

andidate Eligibility – Direct Channel : 4 LPA

• Age up to 34 years

• Life Insurance experience preferred

• BFSI / Cross-selling experience can also be considered
