Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate with a passion for Sales.
  • Age should not be more than 35 years.
  • 3+ years of experience in NTB Business Acquisition of CASA, TFX / Exim, RTD, Third-party products & Asset X Sell.
  • Full understanding of local markets and product knowledge in CASA / EXIM & TFX Business is mandatory.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English and a Regional Language will be an added advantage.
  • Must be ready to travel extensively and be mobile.

Roles & Responsibilities for RM- CA & TFX

  • Acquire and manage all kinds of TFX Clients and High-Net-worth clients of TFX SA, Exim CA, CA, TD, RD, LI, GI, and Asset X sell of Branch or mapped Branches.
  • Follow Sales Funnel activity and generate TFX leads for regular business logins towards highest productivity delivery.
  • Identify Top Market Leading TFX Liability Clients, Ultra HNIs, HNIs, and Normal Clients through market intelligence towards acquisition and on-boarding at local branches across various geographies.
  • Take support from TFX Territory Managers and Branch Banking officials as per business requirements to ease deal closure.
  • Run Sales Campaigns and Events in TFX catchments, conduct Road Shows, and Sales Marathons for brand building in the market.
  • Strong in Business lobbying, relationship, and rapport building with immigration consultants, Overseas Educational Consultants, Abroad travel agents, FCY Exchange agencies, Software companies, Ports, Shipping Companies, Marine Companies, etc.
  • Create a rapport with top management and/or owners of all TFX clientele.
  • Responsible for growing the TFX book through deepening existing clients and increasing Exim CA, CA, SA, TD, RD, X Sell of Assets, and X Sell of TPP for income generation.
  • Ensure 100% LMS exams completion always.
  • Ensure completion of all compulsory exams like IRDA, NCFM required modules, AMFI, TFX related, etc., for up-to-date knowledge and talent enhancement.
