We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-8 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
