  • Role - Relationship Manager
  • Location - Tamil Nadu Branches - Bhavani, Arani, Mettupalayam

Role & Responsibilities

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible for branch productivity.
  • Adherence to process, disbursement Collection etc.
  • Should have potential to take the initiative in building a growing customer base.
  • Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for particular branches.
  • Responsible for managing Profit and loss of a branch.
  • Responsible for individual & Teams targets.
  • Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and manage overdue collections.
  • Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.

Desired Skills

  • A graduate / P.G in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6 months to 5 year of experience LAP / Business loan.
  • Must have team handling Experience
