Job Title: Relationship Manager – Buloke Co-Working Space

Location: Bangalore East (Preferred: Sarjapur Road vicinity)

Reporting To: Centre Head

Role Overview

We are seeking a sales-focused Relationship Manager with a background in hospitality or hotel management and a strong flair for client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about driving revenue growth while supporting the Centre Head in limited operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Acquisition (80%)

• Drive seat sales across private offices, dedicated desks, and flexible plans

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, brokers, and local outreach

• Conduct tours, pitch offerings, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals, upselling, and referrals

• Track and report sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates

• Collaborate with marketing teams to run local campaigns and activations

Centre Operations & Support (20%)

Assist the Centre Head in day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the workspace

• Coordinate with vendors and manage basic inventory and facility upkeep

• Supervise support staff to ensure service standards are consistently met

• Address client queries and escalations with professionalism

• Support in preparing daily/weekly reports and coordinating with internal teams for billing and events

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality background

• 1 plus years of experience in sales (coworking, hospitality, or real estate preferred)

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage a small team in a dynamic environment

• Must be based in Bangalore East, preferably near Sarjapur Road
