Relationship Manager-Corporate Treasury & Family Office- Fixed Income Sales Specialist

CorpCare is an all-in-one corporate treasury surplus fund management and asset management platform. We provide a single-window solution for corporates, family offices, and HNIs- helping formulate treasury policies, manage fixed income portfolios, and conduct investment committee reviews.

We are looking for a seasoned bond sales professional who brings a strong institutional network, sharp dealing instincts, and the ability to originate, execute, and close fixed income transactions end-to-end- from client pitch to settlement.

Position: Relationship Manager – Corporate Treasury & Family Office

Job Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Build and manage relationships with corporate treasurers, CFOs, and family office heads to drive AUM.

- Corporate Treasury Strategy: Optimize cash flow and align investment products with company treasury goals.

- Investment Advisory: Pitch fixed-income products, debt capital markets, structured credit, and alternative assets.

- Business Development: Actively acquire new clients and identify opportunities to increase the share of wallet & (AUM) from existing clients.

- Family Office Solutions: Advise on holistic wealth management, including tax-efficient vehicles, and family governance.

- Relationship Building: Act as a single point of contact for high-value clients, providing regular portfolio reviews and market updates.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and operations teams for onboarding and servicing.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2-3 years in private banking, wealth management, or corporate treasury.

Education: MBA

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fixed income, debt capital markets, and treasury operations.

- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Targeted Experience

- Experience in selling investment products to corporate treasuries and family office clients.

- Strong existing network within the corporate treasuries, family office ecosystem and HNI/UHNIs.
