About the Role
As a Relationship Manager Corporate Coverage in the Wholesale Banking division, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, driving business growth within regulatory and risk frameworks. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, offering tailored financial solutions while ensuring high service standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard corporate clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Understand client needs, business models, and sector dynamics to structure effective solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and campaign-led customer penetration.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and prevent potential losses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to meet business objectives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Compliance adherence and reporting accuracy
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high asset quality
Secondary Responsibilities
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Leverage market intelligence to adopt best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- Postgraduate: MBA from a premier institute preferred
Experience
- 510 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management
Skills and Attributes
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
- Deep understanding of corporate banking products and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage complex client requirements
