Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure client satisfaction for our software products. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the internal support/sales team to maintain long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth execution
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain client records and regular follow-up reports
Achieve relationship and revenue targets
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client handling and relationship-building ability
Basic understanding of software products / SaaS platforms
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Good presentation and follow-up skills
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
MBA/Marketing preferred
Experience in software, SaaS, IT services, or client servicing is an advantage
