Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager in the Commercial Credit Card division. The primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, building and nurturing relationships with commercial credit card clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves conducting regular client reviews, ensuring credit policy adherence, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes and client support.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management skills, with an ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of commercial banking, credit card sales, and product offerings.
- Sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and craft effective strategies.
- Analytical skills to assess client financials and recommend suitable credit solutions.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship building.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools used in banking and financial services.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Work experience of 3-10 years in commercial credit card sales.
