Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bharatpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships to enhance member satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, resolving concerns promptly, driving membership renewals, and conducting regular follow-ups. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will promote offers, communicate value-added services, and ensure the highest level of customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution capabilities
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office usage
  • Ability to work independently and within a team towards achieving targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or relevant field
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or holiday membership industry is a plus
