Relationship Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, handling client queries, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their insurance needs, providing product information, and liaising with internal departments to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.

• Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and claims handling
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Relevant certification in insurance or sales is a plus
