Role Description
The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, analyzing financial products to meet customer needs, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves regular interaction with clients to address their financial concerns, provide guidance, and ensure their satisfaction with the firm's services. Additionally, the incumbent will work to develop and achieve sales targets while maintaining high compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with a focus on building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Sales and business development proficiency, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of financial products and services such as investment banking, taxation, mutual funds, insurance, and portfolio management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for financial analysis and recommending personalized financial solutions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A professional certification such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.
