Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive P&L growth and portfolio expansion for the assigned region
  • Generate income through interest, fees, syndication, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor portfolio health and control overdues and provisioning
  • Build corporate tie-ups and manage documentation & audit TAT

Role Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain client relationships with a focus on multi-product penetration
  • Manage and lead direct sales team to exceed acquisition targets
  • Improve customer satisfaction and retention scores
  • Ensure compliance and timely closure of pending documentation
