Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • CASA Acquisition
  • Identify and acquire new customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.
  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and lead generation activities.
  • Explain product features, benefits, charges, and documentation requirements to customers.
  • Customer Onboarding
  • Ensure end-to-end account opening process: documentation, KYC checks, form filling, and activation.
  • Verify customer details as per bank compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing CASA customers.
  • Cross-sell banking products (FD, RD, insurance, loans, credit cards, digital banking).
  • Resolve customer queries related to account transactions, digital channels, and service requests.
  • Branch Operations Support
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth processing of customer requests.
  • Assist with cheque book issuance, passbook updates, debit card requests, and account servicing.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to banking guidelines.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Follow RBI guidelines, KYC norms, AML policies, and internal audit standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation and avoid operational errors.
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance and report to branch manager
