Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acquire new customers through references, market visits, leads, and networking.
• Handle banking products such as CASA, Current Account, Savings Account, Loans, Insurance, and Investment products.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business targets.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking products to existing customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and market visits for business development.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance as per bank policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer servicing.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
• 2–6 years of experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or sales.
• Good knowledge of banking products and customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development.
• Candidates with experience in CASA, Retail Banking, Business Banking, LAP, Personal Loan, or Cross-Selling will be preferred.
