Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Rupnagar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing their financial portfolios, and providing tailored banking solutions. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, offering advice on banking products and services, achieving sales targets, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and address their banking needs.
  • Proficiency in financial and portfolio management, including knowledge of banking products and services such as loans, deposits, and investments.
  • Sales and business development abilities, with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of local markets and industries, particularly in agriculture, MSMEs, and retail banking, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for efficient customer relationship management.
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the banking or financial services industry, would be beneficial.
