THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Insurance / Banking sales experience will be preferred.
We are hiring for one of the top reputed NBFC / Financial Services companies - Relationship Manager - Business Loan Sales (Secured Micro Loans) in Delhi. 76 open positions.
Role: Source and grow secured micro loans (working capital / business expansion loans against property) for small businesses and self-employed customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source secured business loans from self-employed / small business customers in your area
• Build and manage connector / DSA relationships for leads
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Do customer meetings, document collection and support loan appraisal
• Maintain portfolio quality and low delinquency
• Follow compliance and KYC norms
What we are looking for:
• 1 to 5 years of experience in loan sales - business loan / LAP / micro loan / NBFC / banking sales
• Good local market knowledge and connector network
• Target-oriented field sales attitude
• Must be living in / near Delhi (local candidates only)
• Graduate in any discipline
Salary: Rs 5,50,000 - 7,50,000 per annum + incentives
