This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager - Business LAP. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable Loan Against Property solutions. You will also achieve sales targets, ensure market development, and collaborate with different departments to provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues effectively.

• Strong understanding of Loan Against Property products and associated financial services
• Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and market development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide tailored financial solutions
• Experience in financial services or banking is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of financial regulations and risk assessment
