- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with Authorized Partners (APs) to ensure sustained business growth
- Drive partner onboarding, activation, and revenue enhancement through regular engagement and performance reviews
- Identify business opportunities with partners and execute strategies to increase trading and investment volumes
- Provide continuous training, mentoring, and product-level support to partners on broking offerings
- Promote and cross-sell stock broking products including Equity Trading, Smallcase, Stock SIP, MTF, and other investment solutions
- Ensure all partner activities strictly adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal procedural standards
- Act as a single point of contact for partners, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
- Motivate and develop partners through structured engagement, incentives, and performance tracking
- Monitor partner performance against defined KPIs and take corrective actions where required
- Deliver high levels of service excellence to enhance partner satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and MIS related to partner performance and business metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner experience and business outcomes
- Work in a target-driven environment and consistently achieve assigned business goals
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in stock broking, financial services, or capital markets
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading, and investment products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to train and influence partners effectively
- Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and performance-based metrics
