Role Summary

Responsible to Inward TAT

  • 100% weightage on achievement of 95% inwarding within 7 calendar days.
  • 75% weightage on achievement of 85% inwarding within 7 calendar days.
  • 50% weightage on achievement of 75% inwarding within 7 calendar days.

Responsible for booking TAT

  • 100% weightage on achievement of 90% booking cases in 5 calendar days
