Relationship Manager

BASIC Home Loan is India's first automated platform for secured lending, with a focus on the affordable housing segment. The company utilizes a Phygital model, combining technology with expert home loan agents to provide efficient guidance to customers. BASIC Home Loan aims to make housing more accessible by leveraging technology to streamline the lending process and reach underserved regions.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at BASIC Home Loan in Dehradun. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing guidance on home loans, and ensuring a seamless loan approval and disbursement process. They will work closely with home loan agents to address customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction.

• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
