Job Description
We are hiring Relationship Managers - Bancassurance for a leading Life Insurance company at Rajkot (Palace Road branch). 50 open positions.
Role: Drive life insurance business through partner bank branches by building strong relationships, ensuring product penetration and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with partner bank branches and staff
- Achieve sales, revenue and persistency targets
- Train and support bank staff on life insurance products
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI / regulatory norms
- Monitor partner performance and resolve issues quickly
Must Haves:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, bancassurance, insurance or financial services
- Good knowledge of equity and financial products
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Graduate in any discipline
Salary: Rs 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum + incentives
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
