Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with bank branch staff to generate insurance business.
• Meet existing bank customers and identify their insurance needs.
• Promote and sell life insurance products through the bank channel.
• Build strong relationships with bank employees and customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and provide product presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance.
• Provide after-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, BFSI, or Direct Sales preferred.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned branch locations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
