We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Relationship Manager - Banca to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales targets directly through bank branches by effectively selling the company's products, providing robust sales support, and cultivating strong relationships with bank personnel. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring product knowledge transfer, addressing sales challenges, and guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales and achieve targets primarily through the assigned bank branches, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Product Sales: Actively focus on selling the company's products to bank customers, leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Sales Support: Provide comprehensive sales support to the Channel Relationship Officer (CRO) in their sales efforts. This includes generating benefit illustrations and, when required, accompanying on client calls to facilitate sales closures.
- Bank Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain a strong, open, and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff of the bank, as the bank serves as a key customer for the Business Manager.
- Knowledge Transfer & Engagement: Regularly engage the employees of the bank branches in discussions to effectively transfer knowledge about insurance and the company's product offerings. Proactively understand their issues/concerns about selling insurance, and work towards resolutions.
- Service & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals are facilitated, and ultimately, that customers are satisfied with the entire process.
