Role Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The role involves managing and building client relationships, advising clients about appropriate insurance products based on their needs, facilitating policy comparisons, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with insurance partners, resolve client queries, and work towards achieving agreed-upon business goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to understand and explain financial and insurance products to clients
- Sales and negotiation skills to drive client satisfaction and achieve business objectives
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools to manage client interactions
- Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in business, finance, or related areas
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and products, with an ability to stay updated on industry trends
- Local market knowledge and fluency in regional language(s) are a plus
