Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales & Field Partnerships: Identify and secure new business opportunities through consultants, channel partners, DSAs, and coaching institutes. Focus on field sales to drive referrals and build strong partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent support and communication through regular meetings and networking.
  • Achieve Referral & Sales Targets: Drive the referral pipeline and ensure 100% student referrals from your partner network, contributing to increased loan disbursements and overall growth.
  • Strategic Planning & Market Insights: Identify key business opportunities, monitor market trends, and ensure GyanDhan's offerings remain competitive.
  • Partner Education & Support: Organize webinars, seminars, and training sessions to educate consultants, channel partners, DSAs, and coaching institutes on GyanDhan's loan products to drive referrals.
  • Resolve Issues & Ensure Smooth Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing timely solutions to any concerns and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Track Performance & Report Results: Monitor and report key metrics including referral rates, loan disbursements, partner satisfaction, and sales performance to senior management.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, relationship management, business development, or field sales (experience with study abroad consultants, DSAs, or coaching institutes is a plus).
  • Proven skills in negotiation, persuasion, and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
