Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with Brand HQ teams, retailers, service centers, and promoters.
- Act as the primary point of contact to resolve queries, provide support, and help achieve sales targets.
- Design and deliver training programs for retail owners, service staff, and promoters on Device Protection Plans.
- Communicate with stakeholders through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to share updates and provide support.
- Use digital tools to generate leads and increase stakeholder engagement.
- Work with promoters and shop owners to improve product visibility and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive offline sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, training sessions, and stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare regular reports with insights on performance, market trends, and improvement opportunities.
