Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, and B2B onboarding within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking

Onboard new clients and B2B partners as per company process

Promote Demat accounts, trading accounts, and investment products

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Conduct market visits and sales activities to expand business reach

Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery

Provide post-sales support and resolve client queries

Performance Expectation:

Candidate is expected to generate revenue of minimum 3 times their monthly salary through business development and client acquisition

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of stock market (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Must have own two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally
