Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Aye Finance Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Raxaul. The Relationship Manager is responsible for sourcing and managing clients in the small and micro enterprise segment, including identifying prospective customers, explaining loan products, and supporting them through the application and documentation process. This role involves conducting field visits, assessing business viability, collecting and verifying customer information, and ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems. The Relationship Manager will maintain ongoing relationships with borrowers, monitor repayment behavior, and proactively address customer queries and issues. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for credit assessment, loan disbursement, and collections, while consistently adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse small and micro business owners.
  • Candidates should possess solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in financial services or related sectors.
  • Candidates should possess analytical and evaluation skills to assess business viability, review financial information, and support sound credit decisions.
  • Candidates should possess basic technology and data management skills, including comfort with mobile/desktop applications, documentation, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Candidates should possess local market knowledge and field-operations capability, including willingness to travel locally for client visits and collections.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field are preferred; experience in microfinance, NBFCs, or MSME lending is an added advantage.
  • Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, adherence to compliance standards, and a strong orientation toward financial inclusion and socio-economic impact.
