Job Description:-

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship

Manager to join our Online Sales team. This is a full-time, office-based role with no fieldwork

involved.

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle outbound calls to prospective customers.

Connect with leads who have expressed interest in our products.

Clearly explain product features & benefits to customers.

Effectively pitch policies and convert leads into successful sales.

Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile -

Fresher with good communication skills.

Experience:-

Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales /insurance sales / BPO sales (preferably in health

insurance background ).

Skills:-

Strong communication and convincing abilities.

Confident in presenting insurance products and closing deals over the phone.

Energetic, sharp, and customer-oriented.
