Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Ajmer. The Relationship Manager will build and nurture strong relationships with startup founders, assist them in securing funds, and provide insights into government schemes and growth capital opportunities. Responsibilities include client engagement, understanding funding needs, coordinating with different stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth process for funding applications and compliance. The role requires frequent communication, networking with incubators and investors, and guiding startups through funding-related documentation and approvals.

  • Knowledge of Government Schemes, Funding Processes, and Compliance
  • Ability to provide Strategic Guidance and Craft Funding Roadmaps
  • Proficiency in Documentation, Data Analysis, and Financial Modelling
  • Strong Presentation and Interview Preparation Skills
  • Organizational and Time-Management Skills
  • Problem-Solving Mindset, Attention to Detail, and Team Collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem is a plus
