Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Relationship Manager to handle client interactions, manage appointments and maintain strong relationships with customers. The role involves visiting customers, coordinating installation visits, following up on payments and ensuring customer satisfaction even after the sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers for scheduled appointments and meetings.
- Follow up with customers after appointments to understand their requirements and provide updates.
- Coordinate and visit installation sites to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Conduct after-sales visits to maintain good relationships and address customer concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide necessary support.
- Update the management regarding customer feedback, project status, and payment updates.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, follow-ups and collections.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage.
