Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with assigned business partners and franchisees.
Drive business growth of franchisees according to the business plan.
Travel to meet business partners at their registered addresses and provide business support.
Mentor, coach, and activate Authorized Partners (APs).
Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
Drive service excellence, improve retention, and enhance cross-selling of third-party products.
Engage, motivate, develop, lead, and drive business among partners.
Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring timely responses to partner queries and requests.
Deliver services effectively, meeting agreed service levels, targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Who You Are:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the broking/financial markets industry.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Expertise in customer service and relationship management.
Good knowledge of financial markets.
Comfortable in a target-oriented environment.
Fluency in Hindi and English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
