Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Udaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving client acquisition and retention targets, and providing personalized investment advice to clients. Key responsibilities include understanding client financial goals, offering tailored investment solutions, executing trades, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work closely with both clients and internal teams to meet organizational objectives and ensure a high level of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including wealth management and investment strategies
- Sales and business development experience with a focus on achieving targets
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend effective solutions
- Proficiency in digital platforms, financial tools, and applications
- Relevant experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills
