About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Relationship Manager with 23 years of experience in selling retail health and life insurance to senior corporate professionals. The ideal candidate should have a consultative sales approach and the ability to build trust-based relationships with CXO-level clients.

This role involves high-level client interaction, portfolio advisory, and cross-selling opportunities within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and engage with CXO-level and senior management professionals to understand their personal and family insurance needs.
  • Conduct detailed portfolio reviews and provide consultative solutions across health and life insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and insurers for smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claim servicing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through new client acquisition and portfolio enhancement.
  • Represent the organization in a highly professional and presentable manner at client meetings and events.
