Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Leisure Home Sales to drive sales of premium/second-home properties and develop strong relationships with HNI, UHNI and NRI clients.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring HNI / UHNI clients for 2nd home sales.
- Generating Revenue by promoting 2nd Home properties
- Networking and cultivating a good relationship with the clients.
- Must have a strong HNI/NRI/UHNI connect.
- Build Channel Sales with Wealth Management as our preferred Channel Partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion of existing relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs to increase sales revenue through reference sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
- Ensure effective communication with clients regarding product offerings and market trends.
- Drive HNI/Super HNI wealth business through client acquisition and Channel Sales.
Qualifications
- MBA with 6+ years of experience in: Wealth Sales, Affluent Banking, Luxury Sales, Gems & Jewellery, High-value product sales.
- Strong track record of HNI / Super HNI / NRI client acquisition.
- Strong communication, relationship-management and business-development skills.
- Experience in building and managing channel partnerships will be an advantage.
Location- Kolkata, Dhanbad, Asansol and Guwahati
