1) To Sale Digital Corporate Solutions like Insider Trading and Board Meetings to listed entity.
2) To add companies for RTA services with main on listed company.
3) Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
4) Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
5)Ensure complete coordination in relation to all Primary Market transactions & compliances with all the parties involved in the IPO, Buyback, Rights Issue etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Acquire new corporate clients and individual subscribers (POP model) to drive NPS sales.
Build and nurture relationships with HR heads, CFOs, and government officials (DDOs/Nodal Officers) to implement NPS.
Train and enable bank branches/partners (EBFS) to drive NPS sourcing. Conduct presentations and workshops for employees to promote the benefits of NPS.
AUM Growth: Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth by encouraging higher contributions.Pension Funds
