Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Relationship Manager, based in Ratlam. The Relationship Manager will oversee building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the loan process. The role includes understanding customer needs, promoting tailored loan products, managing customer portfolios, and resolving client inquiries effectively. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless loan approval process.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of loan products and financial services
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Experience in client service or sales roles is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
