The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent clients, offering tailored financial solutions and building long-term relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain affluent clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families.
- Understand client needs and provide personalized financial solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends and offer relevant investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Conduct regular client reviews and provide portfolio performance updates.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote bank products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support.
- Represent the bank at industry events and build a strong network.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the affluent market.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a large client portfolio.
- Analytical skills to interpret market trends and client data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and financial analysis tools.
- A professional certification in finance or wealth management is an asset.
