Relationship Manager

• Generate and manage leads for commercial properties.
• Handle client enquiries and understand their requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Explain project details, commercial spaces, features, and benefits to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
• Convert enquiries into site visits and successful bookings.
• Handle client negotiations and support the sales process.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Commercial Property Sales / Client Relationship / Business Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good client handling and follow-up abilities.
• Presentable and target-oriented.
• Experience in commercial real estate sales will be preferred.
