Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hapur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing new home loan customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable housing finance products. The role includes managing end-to-end customer onboarding, documentation, and coordination with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursal. The Relationship Manager will maintain regular contact with customers, handle queries and service requests, and support collections through proactive follow-up and relationship-building. The role also involves market mapping, building relationships with channel partners and local influencers, and contributing to branch-level business targets while upholding the company's standards of compliance and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management, customer service, and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse, low- to middle-income customers.
  • Proficiency in sales, lead generation, and negotiation to source new business and achieve branch and individual targets.
  • Basic financial understanding, including credit assessment fundamentals, documentation requirements, and knowledge of housing finance or NBFC/BFSI products.
  • Ability to work on-site in field-intensive roles, including regular customer visits, market mapping, and coordination with local partners.
  • Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or loan management systems, and basic MS Office applications for reporting and documentation.
  • Strong ethical standards, focus on compliance, and attention to detail in handling customer information and loan files.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in finance, commerce, business, or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience in housing finance, microfinance, retail lending, or related financial services is an advantage, especially in semi-urban or rural markets.
