Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager located in Hapur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring effective communication, and providing tailored financial solutions. Key responsibilities include addressing customer queries, recommending suitable loan products, ensuring timely loan disbursements, and achieving sales targets. A Relationship Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery, adherence to compliance norms, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
• Solid understanding of financial products, especially housing loans, and ability to customize solutions
• Effective communication and presentation skills to explain financial concepts clearly
• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and achieving business targets
• Problem-solving and time management capabilities, with a customer-centric approach
• Knowledge of local markets and the ability to work on-site in Hapur
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in housing finance or customer relationship management is an advantage
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance practices in the finance industry would be beneficial
