Responsibilities
- Review and validate executed transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track pending tasks and proactively request and follow up with the Operations team to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews for all clients and ensure the readiness of reports for upcoming client meetings.
- Produce monthly client portfolio reports, which include key metrics, financial results, variance reporting, and overall MIS.
- Coordinate and oversee the filing of advance tax for clients as per requested timelines.
- Review PMS empanelment documentation and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the completion of the empanelment process.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on pending tasks and activities, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Take charge and lead independently on all client-related activities/requirements and discuss portfolio actions with senior management.
- Support internal research teams in performing product analysis and tracking market trends that may impact client portfolios.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (banks, mutual fund houses, agencies) to collate required information and manage documentation effectively.
- Prepare the monthly brokerage report, including key metrics, updates on client activity, and financial results.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in a Similar Role.
- Proficient in MS Office skills, especially Advanced Excel.
- Ability to collaborate with other cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and should have a systematic approach.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Language
- Candidate should be proficient in English and Hindi.
Qualification
- Postgraduate in commerce (MBA, Engineering + MBA etc).
- Preferably, they should have good performance in Higher Schooling - 10th & 12th Standard.
- Previous experience in relationship management, operations, or portfolio management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial products, transactions, and market dynamics.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of PMS, tax filings, and portfolio reviews is a plus.
